At Sunrise Community Living, it's how we refer to our residents. Our goal is to empower individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to be the best they can be. The Sunrise Difference

I observed the staff of Sunrise Community on a train  outing to Seward  with several  individuals yesterday. I want to commend the staff on their patience , respect and care they showed for the people in their care. Their interaction and response to the residents was stellar! Even after an 18 hour day they never wavered.   Great job!  This is a needed service for so many and it’s great to see what’s going on here in Alaska. Thanks for making my day!
